Where can I buy spare parts such as rails from the frame of a small utility trailer?

I've looked everywhere online but can not find where I can just buy the frame with the side rails and crossbar to a small utility trailer. I bought a small 870lb haul master utility trailer from harbor freight but they don't seem to sell the rails alone. I didn't need the wheels, axel and lighting, I only want the frame and hitch.

To be honest, your best bet here would be to go to a custom fabricator (metal worker) and pay them to give you their opinion of what to do. Unfortunately, even if you don't intend to make it road legal, trailer makers have to build to legal spec and parts are either made to fit such or aren't made at all.
