Jeep Grand Cherokee - Towing Uhaul?

I need to tow a UHaul trailer with my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee LImited 4x4. Problem is, I just have a regular bumper and nothing on my Jeep is set up to tow.

Do I need a new bumper? Or is there a special hitch I can buy that just attaches to the car's frame?

Where would I get this done? Do I need to go to a dealership, or autozone, or what?

You need to have a frame mounted hitch installed, not a bumper hitch. U-Haul should be able to do this for you.
