Can i just put this flooring down with no glue or anything?

I was wondering what is the process of putting down this flooring. it snaps together like the snap together hardwood or the play mats. here are pics. thanks! ohh yeah im putting it in my basement that is cement! no water or anything leaks down there! will it be safe?

yeah it would i have the snap ones in my living room just takes more time and have to do it slowly to make sure its even but its better then glue.
