My husband's semi truck was hit by a woman who was driving an Enterprise rental car she was given a rental because she had just been in an accident like 3days before she was in an accident with my husband. I guess her insurance rented it for her. Enterprise says she is not cooperating and that they cant get a hold of her to get a statement of what happened. So they denied the our claim. So if this woman never calls Enterprise, Enterprise is not gonna pay our damages? The Enterprise adjuster say that at the time of the accident with my husband she wasn't covered by her car insurance because she had not paid the policy.We are stuck and we don't know what to do. Our attorney is trying to get a hold of her attorney the one that's in charge of her first accident. It's been over 3 months and nothing has been done. . What can we do to get her to pay the damages? Or to cooperate with Enterprise.
