help with nuclear weapon question?

im considering writing a book for fun and i need help with a plot part. I am wanting to add a nuclear bomb to it but I do not know all the specs of it. Im looking for something that could wipe out a small island and also be loaded onto a semi truck for transport. if anyone can tell me the approximate weight/size of the bomb and any more specifics that would be cool thanks
