What's the best way to clean the floor mats of a 2003 Honda Element?
Wipe them off with a damp cloth.
DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE "HOSE OUT" A HONDA ELEMENT!
Anybody who tells you this doesn't know what they're talking about. There is wiring for airbag sensors that can be damaged and moisture WILL BE trapped under the flooring that will lead to mold and mildew problems.
